"Zem looks out of an historical window. It is the site of the Second Prague Defenestration. In 1618, protestants rebelling against the tyrannical restrictions imposed on them by the Catholic Emperor, threw out his envoys out of this window down to the moat below (the word "defenestration" was coined by a previous action in Prague; it means "being thrown out of a window"!) The envoys survived the fall by landing in the filth accumulated outside, but angrily humiliated sent word to the Emperor, who Took Measures." - continua aqui.
